TwitchyNoses is a small UK charity that supports individuals and select organisations that promote neutering of street and village dogs in Bulgaria and re-homing of abandoned and injured dogs in both Bulgaria and Spain through partner organisations.

Based in the UK and registered as a small charity with HMRC for tax purposes. Carrying out neutering and welfare work for dogs and other animals in Bulgaria and Spain.
